Orders & prices
The prices shown include VAT and are expressed in RON. An order becomes firm when we confirm it, by email or phone. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is no longer available or if an obvious pricing error occurs, in which case we fully refund any amount paid.
Payment
You can pay by card online, by bank transfer based on a proforma invoice, or cash on delivery. For each order we issue a tax invoice, for both individuals and companies.
Delivery & warranty
We deliver through Cargus, Fan Courier and Sameday, in 2 business days (maximum 5) from when the order is taken over, with shipping cost borne by the buyer. Products carry at least 1 year manufacturer warranty, honoured locally through our Tulcea workshop. Full details are on the dedicated Shipping and Warranty pages.
Disputes
Any complaint can be sent to nautic.profi@gmail.com and we treat it with priority. If we do not reach an amicable solution, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
