These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between NAUTIC PROFI S.R.L. and any natural or legal person who uses or sends an order request through nautic-profi.ro ("the Customer"). By sending the request, the Customer accepts these terms in the version published on that date.

Nautic Profi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Amendments do not affect already confirmed orders.

Creating an account is not required to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Nautic Profi may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or are associated with fraudulent activity.

The presentation of products on the site constitutes an invitation to offer, not a firm offer. The sales contract is formed when Nautic Profi confirms the order through a contact channel supplied by the Customer. Until confirmation, we may refuse an order for an objective reason, in which case we fully refund any amount collected. Any change to the products or total requires the Customer's agreement.

Possible reasons for cancelling an order include: out of stock, obvious pricing error, incomplete or unverifiable delivery data.

The number shown immediately after submission confirms technical receipt of the request, not acceptance of the contract or collection of payment.

Product prices displayed on nautic-profi.ro are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. Catalogue products use the standard 21% VAT rate. Shipping and the final total are displayed before the order is confirmed and before payment is initiated.

Prices may change for future orders without prior notice. Any difference from the submitted request, including one resulting from correction of an obvious error or the applicable tax treatment, is communicated before contract confirmation and requires the Customer's explicit agreement.

Online card payments are securely processed by NETOPIA Payments with 3D Secure authentication. Full card details are entered in the processor's secure environment and are not stored by Nautic Profi.

Before payment authorisation, checkout displays the products, delivery and final total. If the payment service is unavailable or the transaction is not authorised, the order is not considered paid; check the order status before trying again.

The tax invoice is issued after the order is checked. For company billing, send the company name, tax ID and billing address together with the order number using our contact details.

We deliver by courier in Romania. The estimated delivery time is 10–14 days from order confirmation. Shipping is free for orders with a subtotal of at least 1,000 RON. Below 1,000 RON, the manager confirms the cost after the order is recorded, and no final total is presented until then. You have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal right from receipt of the product, under OUG 34/2014. Full details on conditions, exceptions, return steps and refund timeline are in the Returns page (/retur).

Products carry the legal conformity guarantee provided by OUG 140/2021. Any manufacturer commercial warranty and its duration are those stated for the specific product. Full details are available on the Warranty page (/garantie).

Nautic Profi is liable for failure to fulfil its contractual obligations as provided by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for damage caused solely by use of a product contrary to its instructions.

The site is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to temporarily interrupt it for maintenance or technical reasons, without prior notice.

Content on nautic-profi.ro (texts, images, logos, design and source code) belongs to NAUTIC PROFI S.R.L., the identified suppliers, or is used with the rights holders' consent. Reproduction, distribution or use without the applicable rights holder's permission is prohibited.

The STRONGER, Rebelcell and MARINAC trademarks, as well as product-series names, belong to their respective owners.

Nautic Profi is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations caused by force majeure events: natural disasters, strikes, transport blockages, legal restrictions or any other unforeseeable exceptional situations. We undertake to inform you as soon as possible and to seek alternative solutions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with orders placed on nautic-profi.ro shall be resolved through amicable negotiation.

If an amicable solution is not reached, the Customer may appeal to:

• National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — anpc.ro.
• ANPC alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL) — reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
• Competent Romanian courts.
