We import directly, so the warranty is handled here in Tulcea, not abroad. We repair or replace fast, through our own workshop.

What the warranty covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden faults under normal use. We repair or replace the affected parts free of charge, including labour, for the entire warranty period.
- Motor and electronics faults on winches
- Abnormal capacity loss on LiFePO4 batteries
- Weld and material defects on anchors and plates
Warranty duration
The standard term is 1 year from the delivery date, depending on the manufacturer. Many STRONGER and Rebelcell products carry a 2 year warranty. The exact term is listed on the invoice and in each product sheet.
How to activate the warranty
The warranty activates automatically with the invoice you receive on delivery. For a service request, follow the steps below:
- Keep the invoice and the original product packaging.
- Email nautic.profi@gmail.com with a description of the fault and photos.
- You receive return instructions and an AWB for product pickup.
- We diagnose in the workshop and confirm the solution within a few business days.
In-house service workshop
We run our own workshop in Tulcea, where we repair exactly what we sell. We do not depend on an external service, so diagnostics and repairs are fast and spare parts are in stock.
We also offer paid post-warranty service, with a transparent quote before any intervention.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damage caused by incorrect use or impact.
- Corrosion from lack of maintenance or improper storage.
- Interventions and repairs done by unauthorised persons.
- Normal wear of consumable parts.
