We deliver through Cargus, Fan Courier and Sameday, in 2 business days (maximum 5) from when the order is taken over.

Delivery time
The delivery time is 2 business days (maximum 5), counted from the date your order is taken over. This term may change for reasons beyond our control.
Couriers and shipping cost
Delivery is carried out through Cargus, Fan Courier or Sameday, to the customer address. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
From time to time we run campaigns where, for orders above a certain value, the shipping cost is covered by the sender. The conditions of each campaign are announced on the site during that period.
Delivery instructions
If you wish to specify certain aspects of the delivery, such as: delivery time, address or landmarks, please enter these in the order comment before finalising the order.
Dispatch and parcel pickup
On the day your parcel is dispatched, we notify you by e-mail or phone. The parcel can be collected by any member of the family. If you run into any problem, you can also reach us at our phone numbers and e-mail.
Stock availability
Products are delivered within the limit of available stock. If one or more of the ordered products is no longer in stock, you will be informed. In some cases, the ordered product may be replaced with a similar one if you wish and agree to it.
Liability during transport
Liability for any damage caused to the product, parcel or package sent by us rests with the courier company or carrier, according to the legislation in force. Products will be replaced by us if the courier fault is proven and we are notified within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
