Returns in 14 days, no hassle.

Under OUG 34/2014, you have the right to return products bought online within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. The term runs from the day you take possession of the product.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered:

• Product unused, with no signs of installation or wear.
• Original packaging and complete accessories.
• Invoice or proof of order included in the parcel.

The return process is simple:

• Let us know at nautic.profi@gmail.com that you want to return the product.
• Fill in the return form we send you.
• Pack the product in its original packaging, with accessories included.
• Ship the parcel with the courier we indicate.

We refund the value of the products within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used at checkout. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, unless the product was faulty.

Certain products are exempt from the return right, according to the law:

• Personalised products or products specially configured at your request.
• Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
